Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing maintenance operations
- Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, techniques, and best practices
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and other mechanical systems
- Experience with project management principles and practices
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
