Regional Support Manager jobs in Florida
Regional Support Manager manages an operational support function in a specific geographic area providing guidance to branches on matters of compliance, service, and quality. Conducts routine and preventative quality assurance processes to monitor customer satisfaction and revenue results and ensure policy compliance for branches in designated region. Being a Regional Support Manager provides operational support and resources to investigate and resolve any problems or losses incurred in the day to day operations of branches. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Regional Support Manager typically reports to top management. The Regional Support Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Regional Support Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Essential Job Functions of the Regional Manager:

- Oversee Resource Assignment Analysts to provide mentorship and guidance on coverage strategy and concerns
- Partner with sales leadership and sales team on strategies for client retention and revenue opportunities
- Act as a point person for client escalations; handling from start to resolution
- Identify areas of improvement to pursue with the Regional Director
- Work with Director on process or workflow improvements
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding staff and resources
- Weekly and monthly reports
Requirements to become a Regional Manager:
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple platforms
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
- Reliable and flexible
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred but not required
- Legal experience is a bonus!
- Must reside in Florida state and be willing to periodically visit our West Florida offices: Tampa, Sarasota, Fort Myers
