Regional Agency Director jobs in Oregon

Regional Agency Director is responsible for all facets of sales performance for insurance agencies within a designated geographic area. Develops policies, objectives, and initiatives for agencies in the region and is responsible for ensuring the region meets its projected goals. Being a Regional Agency Director coordinates operations with those of other regions. Directs agency and district managers in achieving their goals and objectives of securing the optimum volume of high-quality business at proper cost. Additionally, Regional Agency Director is responsible for number of premiums written per region. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Regional Agency Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Regional Agency Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and target clients.
    • Develop and implement effective business development strategies and plans to drive increased revenue growth for the agency.
    • Oversee the development of RFP responses, proposals, bids, and other documents describing the organization's products and services.
    • Handle in-bound leads and pipeline and develop and implement process for outbound lead generation.
    • Drive sales growth through marketing programs and campaigns.
    • Provide progress updates on business development initiatives against a defined set of strategic objectives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and showcase Nemo Design' expertise.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, marketing directors, and decision-makers, to generate new business.
    • Lead the entire business development cycle, from prospecting and initial contact to contract negotiations and closing deals.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market developments.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Creative, and Production, to ensure alignment in delivering exceptional brand solutions and client satisfaction.
    • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Support new account integration and onboarding.
    • Occasional travel is anticipated for this role.

     

     

     

    Requirements:

     

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
      • 5 of experience in business development or a similar role.
    • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the creative or brand consulting industry.
    • Drive sales growth through marketing programs and campaigns.
    • Experience with CRM software.
    • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and design principles.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
    • Strategic mindset with a focus on identifying and converting opportunities into successful partnerships.
    • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
