A state-of-the-art, non-profit, short term acute care facility located 1 hour east of Columbus is looking for a permanent Lab Supervisor for the DAY shift (Monday-Friday).
The Lab Supervisor will provide supervision for designated areas of the lab, ensure regulatory requirements are met, and implement process change improvements that enhance clinical excellence.
They are looking for someone who is a positive influence and committed to improving the performance of the workgroup and the organization as a whole.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a given area (Transfusion Services, Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Pathology, etc.)
At least 2 years of clinical laboratory experience
Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, facilitation, conflict resolution, and investigative skill
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure in a complex and changing work environment
