Recruiting Manager implements and manages processes to attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and other sourcing methods. Oversees an organization's recruiting program, policies, and procedures. Being a Recruiting Manager evaluates and communicates key metrics to recommend appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Reviews and approves content and placement of advertisements and job postings. Additionally, Recruiting Manager secures appropriate resources for staff to be successful. Maintains relationships with schools, advertisement, and recruitment agencies. May be responsible for the recruitment process for senior level and executive positions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Recruiting Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Recruiting Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     • Empowerment through Recruitment: Lead and mentor our recruiting team to source, select, and develop top talent while fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion.
    • Growth-Oriented Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment plans that support long-term employee growth and career progression, collaborating closely with department leaders.
    • Partnership and Collaboration: Cultivate strong relationships with external recruitment partners aligned with our values, leveraging their resources to enhance our efforts.
    • Continuous Improvement: Drive optimization of recruitment processes, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
    • Representation and Branding: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our employer brand and showcasing opportunities for growth at recruitment events and conferences.
    • Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of this role.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience (5 years) leading a high performing team(s) with specific measurable deliverables and a track record of success in leadership roles. Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.
    • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to empower and develop a high-performing recruiting team.
    • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, selection, and employer branding.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Experience managing relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors.
    • Analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize recruitment processes.
    • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices and initiatives.
    • Proficiency in recruitment technology and systems, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing platforms.
