The Recruiting Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive recruiting strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. This leadership role involves guiding a team of recruiters, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies. The Recruiting Manager will also focus on enhancing employer branding, improving candidate experience, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the recruiting team to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• Coordinate with Onboarding and HR Directors to ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Takkion, representing its values, culture, and opportunities to prospective candidates.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment.
• Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process to enhance the employee experience and streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with managers and employees at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
