Recruiting Director plans, develops, and directs processes to attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and other sourcing methods. Develops and enhances and organization's recruiting program, policies, and procedures. Being a Recruiting Director executes a strategy to position the organization as a preferred employer. Evaluates and communicates key metrics to develop appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Additionally, Recruiting Director maintains relationships with schools, advertisement, and recruitment agencies. Oversees the recruitment for senior level and executive positions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Recruiting Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Recruiting Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.   • The Director of Recruiting reports directly to the Executive Director of Talent & Admin., and ultimately to the GM and the Operator and is considered to be part of the Talent Team. The Director of Recruiting will keep in close collaboration with all levels of the Organizational Chart. More specifically the Executive Director of Recruiting will work closest with the Executive Director of Talent/Admin., Executive Director Team, Senior Directors of FOH and BOH. They will also collaborate with Directors and their teams for their Talent needs, while ensuring all areas of the Org Chart and Operations are functioning according to the vision of the Organization and within standards set by Chick-fil-A, Inc.

    My role is to Fulfill & Support all Recruiting & Talent needs of the Organization. I support the Talent Team in Screening, Interviewing and the On-Boarding/Orientation Processes, while making CFA a 1st Class employment opportunity for PT students as well as long-term Career Opportunities in Sioux City and beyond.
