Kids SPOT is a pediatric speech, occupational and physical therapy clinic with 2 locations in Springdale and one opening soon in Rogers! We specialize in treating children with a variety of developmental, orthopedic, and neurologic diagnoses. We provide primarily in-clinic treatment, with occasional home health or daycare visits. We are expanding our practice and opening a satellite clinic in Rogers to further support our patients and their families!

We are looking for full-time Pediatric PT Director who is passionate about working with children in a collaborative environment. We offer administrative support with our incredible bilingual office staff, and clinical support with our amazing leadership team! Lead Therapist Responsibilities:

• Build caseload and physical therapy department at Kids SPOT West.
• Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
• Provide quality, personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions
• Consult and practice with other therapists in our multidisciplinary environment
• Document patient care services
• Determine the need for new hires, screen patients, and educate other departments in recognizing occupational therapy needs
• Manage equipment and materials needed for their therapy department
• Work together with other department leads to better serve our patients and the NWA community
• Represent Kids SPOT by participating in outreach programs on behalf of Kids SPOT

Requirements:

• 3 Years experience in Pediatrics Preferred
• A current and valid Arkansas license
• Spanish speaking skills are PREFERRED, but not required.
• Active Arkansas Medicaid Provider number, or willingness to apply immediately
• Drive to continually learn and grow
• Professional behavior
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Full time, Monday through Friday position
