Recreation Coordinator (Intramurals) plans and directs the student, faculty, and staff recreation program including intramural and club sports. May be responsible for managing the maintenance of some facilities. Being a Recreation Coordinator (Intramurals) requires a bachelor's degree in recreation or related area. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Recreation Coordinator (Intramurals) occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Summary: Serve as an assistant to the Director of Recreation for the school/public being served in the local community recreation programs. This position performs a variety of general administrative duties, as well as a variety of supervision and field maintenance duties. Must be able to work evenings and weekends depending on the sport season. Demonstrate knowledge of youth sports and activities, posses’ excellent organizational people skills. This position can be a direct Fowlerville Schools employee ($13.00 per hour) or an EduStaff employee ($16.00 per hour) depending on the applicants preference.
