Mountain Recreation seeks a Facility Coordinator to assist the Facilities Supervisor – Eagle with the day-to-day administration and supervision of recreation facilities, involving coordination, planning, and direction of personnel and guests of a multi-function recreation facility including front desk, facility rentals, facility maintenance, housekeeping as needed, and special events (indoor and outdoor). Performs a variety of functions, including exceptional customer service. Once trained, employee must be able to perform with minimal supervision in a fast-paced leisure facility environment.

POSITION DETAILS
Job Title: Facility Coordinator
Location: Eagle Pool and Ice Rink (Eagle, Colorado)
Schedule: Full-Time; Exempt
Work Environment: Works 80% indoors, 20% outdoors. Work hours will vary, including evening hours, weekends, and holidays. Hours will be flexible to successfully accomplish the duties of the position.
Supervision Required: Works under the direct supervision of the Facilities Supervisor
Supervision Exercised: May directly supervise part-time and seasonal employees, volunteers, instructors, and coaches.
Salary: $52,519 – $65,649 annually DOE; staff in this position are eligible for a $1/hour incentive for Spanish/English bilingual and can pass the language competency test.
