Responsibilities:
- Client Care: Provide outstanding service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Event Planning: Organize and coordinate client appreciation events, open houses, and other team events.
- Transaction Coordination: Assist with managing real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies, including managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook), Google My Business, and creating content using Canva, and videos for reels.
- Creative Drafting: Craft engaging marketing materials, property listings, flyers, postcards, event invites and client communications.
- CRMS Management: Maintain and update the customer relationship management system to ensure accurate client information and transaction details are streamlined. We use Monday.com & Follow Up Boss.
- Meta Ads: Manage advertising campaigns on Meta platforms to enhance our online presence and generate leads.
- Flodesk: Draft & create newsletter emails, new listing alerts, event invitations, etc
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and team activities.
- Ordering: Make sure every team member has marketing items created & ordered.
- ChatGPT: Because why not??
- Errands: Run errands as needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations.
- Daily Tasks: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and support the team in various capacities.
- Phone Calls: Reaching out to leads to see how we can better assist them.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRMs (or client management tools), Google My Business, Meta Ads, Google Ads.
- Social Media Savvy: Instagram, Facebook, Canva, Flodesk
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and materials.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Learning: A willingness to learn and grow within the role and the real estate industry.
- Friendly!
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for running errands.
