Position Overview
Are you ready to shape the future of preschool growth? We're seeking a dynamic Real Estate Manager to spearhead our expansion strategy. In this role, you'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth initiatives within designated territories. Reporting to the Director of Real Estate, you'll play a pivotal role in site selection, lease negotiations, and market planning, with a focus on achieving company growth objectives.
Responsibilities- Lead market planning, site selection, and lease negotiations within assigned territories
- Manage relationships with brokers and developers to align strategies with company goals
- Oversee the pipeline management of sites from identification to lease execution
- Utilize analytical tools and reporting to guide real estate decisions
- Provide insights and guidance to inform real estate strategy and portfolio optimization
- Collaborate with Asset Management and brand growth teams to support overall company objectives
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or related field preferred
- 3 years of experience in retail real estate, asset management, or development
- Proven track record of managing broker networks and lease negotiations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in market planning and financial analysis
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GIS platforms, and project management software
