Rate Analyst jobs in South Carolina
Rate Analyst monitors, reviews, and evaluates service rates and charges for various public utilities. Calculates cost-of-service and performs related rate analysis. Being a Rate Analyst ensures filings comply with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission requirements. Typically requires a bachelor's degree of business administration or related field. Additionally, Rate Analyst typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Rate Analyst gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Duties And Responsibilities- Receives, investigates and responds to customer inquiries regarding complex products, services and issues via all channels through which customers are served.

- Education and/or experience equivalent to an Associate Degree in Business
- Experience in customer support/call center environment preferably dealing with PC and application software, mainframe and client server computer systems
- Certified Help Desk Professional preferred.
- HIPAA certified preferred.
- Ability to communicate/interact effectively with customers, users, technical experts, and all levels of management
