May require an associate's degree or its equivalent with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Being a Radiation Technician has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Additionally, Radiation Technician works under immediate supervision. - Willing to work long hours on a project? (Overtime is paid and sometimes encouraged)
- Heavy equipment experience? A plus, but not necessary. Training is available for all functions.
- Passionate about working safely and ability to follow safety instructions.
Rad Pros provides competitive pay in the $20 to $30 per hour range for this position, with options for higher pay on Davis-Bacon projects, and with nearly unlimited growth and compensation available for the right person with a great work ethic and ability to learn, grow, and contribute.
