ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee budget reconciliation, vendor budget reallocation, and project budget corrections. Facilitate cost touchpoints and communication with cost consultants and CM cost managers. Oversee contract administration, tracking, and reporting. Manage subcontractor spend, financial validations, and forecast projected expenditures. Drive process efficiency and software proficiency within the team. Oversee change management, allowance, and buyout tracking. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in construction management, financing, or accounting; or relevant professional experience. Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Workday, e-Builder). Seven or more years of experience in construction or project management. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Ten or more years of experience in construction or project management preferred. Prior experience in a leadership or management role a plus. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Strong collaboration skills, analytical, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
