Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Rogers, AR. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control systems, conducting audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with AS9100 and ISO9001 standards, developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives, and leading a team of quality control inspectors.
Qualifications
- Experience in implementing and managing quality control systems
- Knowledge of AS9100 Rev D and ISO9001 standards
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience in conducting quality audits and inspections
- Ability to lead and develop a team of quality control inspectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience in aerospace or defense industry is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
