Being a Quality Assurance Nurse, Sr. reviews and analyzes customer complaints. Helps train staff on new or improved clinical practices. Additionally, Quality Assurance Nurse, Sr. requires an associate's degree/bachelor's degree and is licensed to practice nursing. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Quality Assurance Nurse, Sr. typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Salary: between $90,000- $100,000 Annually (based on experience)

- Must be actively licensed as a RN in Rhode Island
- Minimum of three (3) years nursing experience
- One (1) - two (2) years' of experience in a QA, risk management or similar reporting role
- Strong independent reasoning, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Strong knowledge of Federal and State Healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to prioritize and problem solve
- Ability to relate well with physicians
- Primary series of the COVID vaccination (or new bivalent COVID Vaccine or medical exemption)
