JOB SUMMARY

Develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Four-year engineering degree plus a minimum of 8 years quality control/assurance experience or equivalent.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential.
• Requires strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and complete projects on schedule.
• Advanced knowledge and skills in the use of various Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to supervise personnel.
• Experience in construction activities.
• A thorough knowledge of regulatory agency quality control/assurance activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, obtain approval, issue and implement company quality control (assurance) program manual in compliance with owner contract and company requirements.
• Perform activities such as audits, preparation of company standards, notification to management of quality problems, etc.
• Provide administrative and technical direction to all quality control personnel – includes personnel administration, resolution of technical problems, development/approval of in-house training, etc.
• Act as liaison with owner, regulatory agencies, subcontractors and/or internal departments on quality related matters.
• Ensure company standards are outlined and effectively implemented.
• Insure adequate corrective measures are implemented in cases of non-compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
