QA Automation Engineer who can create a test automation strategy framework i.e Design, develop, and implement automation scripts using Karate, Selenium, and Cucumber with decent understanding of Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
Develop detailed and comprehensive test plans.
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
Execute both manual and automated test scripts.
Design, develop, and implement automation scripts using Karate, Selenium, and Cucumber.
Conduct API and UI tests to ensure software functionality and user experience.
Perform thorough regression testing.
Identify and document the defects thoroughly.
Track quality assurance metrics
Actively participate with an Agile team of 6-8 software engineers.
Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.
Qualifications:
• 6 Years of Experience in Quality / Test engineering
• Strong experience in automation testing using Karate, Selenium, or Cucumber.
• Ability to prioritize work across multiple, concurrent projects.
• Conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools (e.g., Jenkins, XLR).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Experience in writing concise and comprehensive test plans.
