Location: Remote (with limited travel to NE)

Keys Responsibilities:
Direct Testing:- Understand credit workflows, develop and execute test cases.
- Execute testing for sprint items and document results.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies, improve products and processes.
- Identify candidates for automation, build and maintain current automations.
- Monitor overall Salesforce org health, proactively maintain and adjust software.
- Provide guidance on testing options, review and provide feedback on test cases, results.
- Mentor team members on best testing practices.
Skills & Abilities:- Experience with testing automation and test management tools (Copado Robotic Testing, Copado Explorer, Zephyr Scale).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Internet-based solutions.
- Computer Science Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
- 3 years of Salesforce testing experience.
- Salesforce certifications preferred.
