We are looking for a talented onsite Purchasing Clerk to join our team specializing in Purchasing for our Master Rebuild Center in Henderson, Colorado.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Under minimum supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines to create, update and maintain projects in purchasing relevant databases (i.e. SharePoint, Ariba) in a warehouse setting.
Support MRO Purchasing requests for the Master Rebuild Center and perform maintenance of updated purchase records.
Contact Suppliers to maintain pertinent data, obtain needed documentation and enable Suppliers in Purchasing Systems.
Complete recording activities for various contracts and other Supplier documentation.
Liaison between purchasing teams and other functions.
Communicate with customers by phone/email and in person.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
Indirect Purchasing experience required, working with Suppliers/Vendors preferred.
Experience using Microsoft Office required.
This is a fast-paced ever-changing environment, ability to adapt to this type of environment required.
Please note, this role is 100% onsite at the Denver Master Rebuild Center.
This position does not require any Department of Transportation (DOT) related pre-screenings.
Compensation and Benefits
Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate. Hourly pay range for this position is $23.69 – 35.54/hour, base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
