Performs operations such as blanking, bending, punching, and forming based on blueprints and other instructions. Keeps a record of operational data and performs routine equipment maintenance. Job Description
Support the printing end of the InfoTurn process by operating printing equipment. Work within a team, ensuring the group’s goals are met by printing quality documents in the correct order.
Fine tune equipment and operations for maximum throughput. Load and unload printers’ paper stock and consumable supplies, and work with other shifts and departments.
Additionally, this position is to handle the operation of the automated Mail Inserting equipment. Required to set-up mechanical inserter, produce quality mail pieces at established throughput requirements, and assist and train other associates as required.
This is an on-site 2nd shift position, Sunday through Thursday, 5pm to 330am MST. There is a 4-6 week training period on first shift Monday through Friday, 7am-530pm.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Produce quality mail pieces at established throughput requirements. Running and loading automated folding / inserting machine.
Load surveys, cover letters, and envelopes in the correct order. Work with tech support and troubleshooting to ensure 90% up time.
Unload finished mail pieces. Conduct quality inspections of sampled mail pieces.
Keep machines running at all times.
Conduct quality checks and complete documentation. Produce quality mail pieces at established throughput requirements. Print jobs in sequence and move materials to inserters in order.
