About This Role

Maven is looking for a mission-driven, empathetic Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) or Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to support our members through virtual care services. 

As a Maven provider, you will have the opportunity to meet with members across the world, scaling impact and healthcare access nationally. You will be joining a curated provider network spanning 30 specialties and 350 subspecialties to deliver holistic, high value care.

As a Maven provider, you will: 

• Provide virtual care and support to members via video consults and asynchronous messaging around the following: 
  • Birth process and helping members develop a birth plan 
  • Assisting the member with formulating questions for in-person provider surrounding birth process 
  • Labor, delivery, and after delivery preferences and considerations
  • Hospital packing list
• Collaborate with Maven’s Care Advocate team to ensure member needs are met, including recommendations for in-person referrals, follow-ups, etc.
• Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s unique care model, providing culturally humble care and championing our belief that better outcomes for women and families mean a better world for everyone.

Who You Are: 

• Hold the following licenses or education: Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) or Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP)
• Must be residing in the United States
• Possess the ability to provide direct member care for 1-10 hours per week. This is a part-time, independent contractor role (1099 position)
• Have 2 years of prior experience in the telehealth space. Must be comfortable providing care through a digital health platform
• Must own an iOs device (iPhone or iPad) that can be updated past iOs16 and have access to a laptop computer with strong and reliable internet access 
• Must be passionate about women’s and family health

This is a 1099, contract position. For candidates in NY, CO, or CA, the approximate pay rate is $68.32 per 60 minute appointment. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications for the role, specialization, and contract type
