Description:

All County® Cowboy is seeking a motivated individual to assist our management team. This position will provide critical team support and customer service during the property turnover process, and offers a unique opportunity to gain diverse experience in property management.

All County® is a franchise-owned property management firm specializing in long-term residential properties for individual investors. All County® has been in business since 1990 and has offices throughout the United States. All County® Cowboy opened its doors in 2020 to serve southeast Wyoming with customer service-oriented property management.

Essential Duties:

• Conduct property inspections using a tablet to capture detailed descriptions of property conditions and to take marketing photos.
• Use 360 degree camera to capture property conditions upon resident move-in and move-out.
• Photo management.
• Manage keys and lockboxes.
• Create and deliver resident welcome bags.
• Use property management software to enter and track information/data.
• Assist in developing property marketing materials.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to property owners, tenants, and vendors.
• Exterior monthly property checks in Laramie, Cheyenne, Casper, Rawlins, and Centennial.
• Other duties relating to maintenance, marketing/showing properties, and customer service.

Skills/Knowledge:

• Customer service-oriented attitude and work ethic.
• Ability to effectively investigate, troubleshoot, coordinate, and track resolution of issues.
• Critical thinking and good judgment in decision making.
• Attention to detail and ownership of work responsibilities and products.
• Effective and professional written and oral communication.
• Ability to learn and use computer software/hardware, phone apps, email, and other electronics.
• Organization of workplace materials and synchronization of efforts with team members.
• Self-motivated and ability to effectively work independently and as a team.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and on-time for work
