POSITION SUMMARY:
As Preconstruction Services Sr. Project Manager you are responsible to lead estimates of up to $75M. Responsibilities include leading the budgeting efforts with input from Operations on the scheduling and logistics. Other responsibilities include leading design meetings on our CMR and Design Build projects. This includes coordinating the different design and engineering disciplines as well as coordinating with any design build trade partners. In this role you serve as the Preconstruction representative in client meetings and are an active participant in presenting and reviewing the estimates. Your understanding of the sub bidding process and how to descope all trades and building systems, along with the ability to complete quantification/estimate for all components of medium size project, is important. Safety is the number one priority at Pepper Construction and the Preconstruction Project Manager is expected to promote and exemplify safe work practices and ensure safety is appropriately budgeted in every project. In this role, you are expected to work with individuals at all levels of Project Management and Field Supervision to establish budget and operational priorities to help ensure a quality project.
