The Office Manager provides highly organized and detail-oriented leadership to service providers and support staff. The Office Manager manages the scope, work, plans, resources, timelines, and deliverables of department staff, as well as prepares demographic and deliverable reports for funding agencies. He/she ensures policies/procedures are consistent with industry standards of behavioral healthcare. He/she acts as a key contributor and collaborates with professionals to enhance clinical systems in support of excellence in patient care, clinical transformation and establishment of best practices. Ensures new processes adhere to regulatory requirements. Also, he/she must have a passion regarding our target population, Substance abuse has touched every family in this nation, in some way. To make the biggest impact on this population, it will be necessary to have real life experiences with friends and family to the clients with.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health, Human Services, or Education.
· 5 years’ experience working in the areas of program implementation, administration, quality assurance and/ or finance.
· 2 years of direct supervision experience, with an ability to deal with complex situations in a timely manner.
· Strong Written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks.
· Working knowledge of Medicaid rules and procedures and Medical Billing.
· Hands on experience with office machines (ex. Copiers, printers, fax machines)
Duties/ Expectations:
· Oversees day to day operations of department staff.
· Oversees day to day operations of satellite offices.
· Develop maintain quality assurance standards as it relates to client care, client records, risk management and incident reporting.
· Assistant in preparation of budgets and forecasts for the administrative functions of the company.
· Assist with grant research and preparation
