Project Manager - Construction directs day-to-day construction project management planning and execution processes to meet project design requirements, schedules, and organizational financial objectives. Manages governance of projects by establishing standards, processes, and tools for effective project management throughout the project lifecycle. Being a Project Manager - Construction uses comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and operations to set project productivity and quality targets. Monitors all project milestones, changes, and technical status reports. Additionally, Project Manager - Construction manages strategic client and contractor relationships and establishes clear lines of communication. Construction Project Manager
Duties:
- Oversee and manage masonry and stucco construction projects from start to finish
- Review and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other construction documents
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and approving invoices for Subs and Employees.
- Collaborate with PetraBee and client's teams to address any issues or concerns that arise during construction
- Communicate project updates and milestones to clients and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a construction project manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficient in blueprint reading
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
