About the Opportunity:

The Senior Director of Program & Project Management Office is responsible for strategic cross-functional programs and projects at TruHearing.

What will you be doing?

• Ensure successful development of the end-to-end quality of PMO process.
• Work cross functionally to gather business requirements from key stakeholders and develop business strategy.
• Communicate tactical plans, goals, and objectives related to the project management office across the enterprise and present them to the Executive team.
• Responsible for accurate and timely program and project governance, charters, plans, presentations, meeting notes, timelines, and overall budget management.
• Able to provide a high level of relationship building and communication skills to stakeholders at all professional levels across TruHearing and ensure successful delivery of projects, programs, and outcomes.
• Oversee the alignment, vision and roadmap for large, strategic projects and initiatives across TruHearing and present that information to business partners, vendors, as well as other companies and brands within the WSA corporate portfolio.
• Champion, research, and gather data on opportunities for increased efficiency, performance gaps, scalability, growth, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with key stakeholders to determine appropriate staffing levels and resource needs, create and manage department and/or project budgets, allocate resources, and approve expenditures.
• Foster an effective work environment prioritizing communication, recognition, and development.

What education or experience is required?

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field and ten (10) years of direct experience in program and project management roles.
• A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a formal education.

Preferred:

• PMP certification and background in healthcare strongly preferred.
