Identifies and assesses engineering project risks, and develops mitigation strategies and solutions. Additionally, Project Engineer - Construction facilitates collaboration among project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering. Typically reports to a manager. The Project Engineer - Construction work is closely managed. Responsibilities- Document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.)
- Assisting and supporting project team with daily project coordination
- Procurement of construction materials
- Quality Control / Quality Assurance checks
- Coordination of subcontractors
- Survey and project layout
- Weekly pictures for progress reports
- Manage construction equipment
- Safety management
- Project estimating
- 1 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous internship, co-op, or employment experience is a plus
- Specific roles may require relocation
