Program Supervisor coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Responsible for aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. Being a Program Supervisor develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules and develops solutions to program problems. Additionally, Program Supervisor recommends changes to improve process efficiency and alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Program Supervisor contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Program Overview: Mobile Response provides immediate intervention services for children and adolescents experiencing escalated emotional and behavioral health issues and provide case management services for up to 8 weeks to the youth and family to prevent further problems in functioning and/or disruption of their living environment. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the oversight of assigned personnel, resources and program components necessary for effective services. Responsible for demonstrating core values and interpreting the mission of the Agency in all activities. Plays an active role in meetings and training designed to enhance agency and program operations. Operates conscientiously in accordance with program budget (i.e., use of client engaging funds, office supplies). Meets obligations of the program (contractual, licensing, Medicaid, etc.). Requirements: Master's degree in social work or related field LSW, LAC, LAMFT is required Must have strong clinical skills and a minimum of three and a half years' of supervisory experience. Must have prior professional experience in providing treatment services to families. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record. Preferred: LCSW, LPC, LMFT is preferred.
