Program Supervisor coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Responsible for aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. Being a Program Supervisor develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules and develops solutions to program problems. Additionally, Program Supervisor recommends changes to improve process efficiency and alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Program Supervisor contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. The Greater Derry Extended Day Program, a licensed, non-profit before and after school childcare program in Derry, NH, is looking for a few, energetic individuals to join our team. We provide before and after school care during the school year. We also provide care during February and April Vacations as well as throughout the summer. Available hours during the school year are Monday through Friday 7:00am-8:30am and/or 2:30pm to 6:00pm. Shifts will be different during Summer, February and April vacation.
Position includes supervising elementary age children (K-5), organizing games inside and outside, crafts, serving snacks, overseeing high school aged staff, as well as daily set up and breakdown of the program.
For employees working more than 20 hours/ week, after 60 days the position includes paid personal leave, HRA funded by employer, Dental insurance, paid maternity leave, and paid bereavement leave.
High school diploma or GED required for adults.
