    Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio is currently seeking an SSVF Program Manager for Faith Mission in Fairfield County. Faith Mission is one of the largest homeless shelters in our area providing meals and shelter to men, women and Veterans with dignity and compassion.

    What will I do as an SSVF Program Manager with Lutheran Social Services?

    • Ensure program procedures, standards and guidelines are met.
    • Provide formal, individual (weekly/bi-weekly) supervision as appropriate for supportive services program staff that will ensure professional development and provide orientation, training, and coaching that will enhance the ethical, confidential, and respectful delivery of services to clients.
    • Manage direct client assistance budgets and assist in the development of service plans.
    • Assist director and finance department with SSVF fiscal program oversight.
    • Complete a regular review of case files.
    • Maintain positive relationships with residents, shelter staff, volunteers, and visitors.
    • Maintain existing and grow new and existing relationships with collaborative community partners that provide onsite specialized supportive services (Legal Aid, Veterans Administration, etc.).
    • Facilitate weekly case review meetings with supportive services staff.
    • Assign caseload of residents to Case Managers.
    • Ensure timely collection and collation of statistical information.
    • Perform all other duties as assigned.

    Requirements for an SSVF Program Manager with Lutheran Social Services:

    • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field; LSW and/or LISW preferred.
    • Extensive experience working with Veteran's, homelessness, mental health, and chemical dependency required.
    • Three years supervisory experience required.
    • Three years' experience working with direct client services.
    • Three years supervising at least 4 to 7 direct reports.
    • Administrative reporting experience.
    • Valid Ohio driver's license, access to reliable insured transportation and ability to meet LSS insurance standards required.
