About The Position:

We are looking for a dedicated experienced Assistant Manager responsible for providing a personalized, hands on shopping experience for all our guests. The ideal candidate will be task oriented and possess exceptional customer service skills and product knowledge, as well as the ability to provide sound judgement and leadership capabilities towards junior level team members.

Additionally, you will be highly professional, energetic, have a positive attitude, and be passionate about implementing system processes while working within a close-knit team setting. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. A genuine eagerness to grow with the company will bring the possibility of advancement.

Key Holder / Assistant Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Provide a personalized, hands on shopping experience for all guests in store.
• Display a high level of customer service skills and product knowledge.
• Consistently maintain the sales floor and replenish goods as needed.
• Ensure all displays are properly merchandised throughout the store.
• Process intake of shipments, quality control check all goods prior to stocking.
• Maintain organization in stock room.
• Close out the sales register without any overages or shortages.
• Reliably perform all opening and closing duties.
• Perform special projects on an as needed basis.

Skills & Requirements:

• High level of customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and autonomously.
• Time management and planning skills.
• Must be 18 years or older and a US Citizen.
• Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to work weekends.
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy.

Hours:

We are looking for a Key Holder / Assistant Manager for 20-40 hours a week with ability to pick up more hours during the holiday season as needed. Weekend availability is a requirement for the position.

Relevant Experience

• 2 years in a customer service / hospitality position
• 2 year retail / apparel / hospitality experience
• Supervisory experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
