1st SHIFT~ Production Team Leader
SUMMARY:
While displaying the company’s core values and under the direction of the Production Manager, and through managing and overseeing their assigned shift’s personnel, the Production Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the shift including the achievement of Molding and Assembly department’s goals for safety, quality (scrap), efficiency or TOEE and other requirements while working safely and ensuring an environment of trust within the Production department. Develop and implement policies and procedures for Molding and Assembly department to align with Company policies, procedures, and goals.
