HireLevel. is looking for a Production Scheduler in Washington , MO ! Our family-owned client in the meat processing field is looking to add a Production Scheduler to their team! In this role, the Production Scheduler is responsible for creation and maintenance of production schedules.

Through collaboration with sales and production, they will ensure the company goals are achieved with deadlines met. Job Type : Full Time, Direct Hire Location : Washington, Missouri Onsite Salary : $60k - $90k Hours : Monday - Friday 5 : 00 am - 2 : 00 pm, flexing as needed to meet position requirements Responsibilities of a Production Scheduler :

• Manage and communicate production planning and schedules for all plant production
• Collaborate and work closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing and Logistics to ensure productions schedules meet forecasted demands
• Lead communication to Sales and key stakeholders about any schedule changes impacting customer orders
• Develop and implement processes and tools that focus on early identification and resolution
• Develop and maintain production reports
• Create, develop and maintain department KPI's on a weekly and monthly basis
• Demonstrate an extensive working knowledge of assigned production facilities and categories
• Expectations of a Production Scheduler :

Experience and Qualifications of a Production Scheduler :

• 2-5 years of production planning or business analytics experience
• Bachelor's Degree in business or related area of study is preferred
• Knowledge of the raw meat market and processing
• Tracking and Trending data analysis
• Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods of time
• Freely move about the production facility
