At B9Creations, we create state-of-the-art technology from 3D printers to automated cleaners and curing devices. Our mission is to meet and exceed our customers' needs with both off-the-shelf products and custom builds. As our Production Supervisor, you'll oversee the assembly and shipping of our full line of both off-the-shelf and custom products, applying world-class manufacturing techniques to continuously improve our processes, quality, service, products, and environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Multi-Product Manufacturing and Tracking: Oversee the production of a diverse range of custom and off-the-shelf items in a high-mix manufacturing environment. Directing a top-notch team to fulfill orders accurately while managing production and inventory effectively.

Production Optimization: Use your supervisory experience and knowledge of manufacturing techniques to bring new ideas that will optimize the daily operations of the manufacturing team, ensure efficient production schedules and delegation of tasks. Come along-side your team to meet production goals.

Production Management: Impact our customers by ensuring accountability and timely completion of tasks and addressing production disruptions to maintain productivity. Understand and maintain optimal inventory levels to align with production schedules.

Enhance Processes: Leave your mark on how we do things by offering insights into departmental health and productivity, providing recommendations for process adjustments, and improving existing processes.

Embrace Innovation: Evaluate situations and take calculated risks to enhance production outcomes; embrace new approaches and learn from initial mistakes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Influence the long-term success of B9Creations and its customers by actively participating in cross-functional teams to bring B9C solutions to life, fulfilling customers' needs with an open mind, thinking outside the box, maintaining a customer focus, and cooperating with other departments to get things done.

Team Supervision: Develop employees, manage performance, provide ongoing feedback, and participate in recruitment. Oversee work schedules, recognize staff contributions, and ensure team engagement and satisfaction.

Foster Culture of Safety: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations on the assembly floor to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Requirements:

Proven Manufacturing and Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years in production/manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Resilient and Determined: Skilled at overcoming obstacles, maintaining focus on production goals, and driving team engagement and operational efficiency.

Excellence and Efficiency: Dedicated to getting things done right the first time by fostering continuous improvement and driving excellence in production processes.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and conflict resolution skills. Ability to provide clear, concise, measurable feedback and support.

Detail Driven: Ensure accuracy through attention to detail; experience with efficient job card printing, tracking, and closing is a plus.

Team Player: Success is a team effort. Value collaboration, communication, and a collective commitment to success. Willingness to jump onto the line and come alongside the team to meet deadlines, fix workarounds, and improve processes.

Technical Skills: Solid understanding of manufacturing best practices, lean manufacturing methods, and safety protocols. Comfortable using Word and Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Growth Minded: Help create processes and teams with prudent scalability in mind. A willingness to take calculated risks, to learn from mistakes, and encourage others to do the same.
