POSITION SUMMARY
Jireh Semiconductor in Hillsboro, OR is looking for a strong leader and sharp technical mind to join our team as Director of Process Engineering. The Director of Process Engineering will oversee all sections of process in the fab including Lithography, Etch, Thin Film, Diffusion, CMP and EPI. The department has 50 engineers and technicians. Area managers will report to Director of Process Engineering.
You will co-work with other functional teams like manufacturing, equipment, process integration, quality control/assurance, facility and procurement to achieve fab delivery, cost-saving, efficiency improvement goals.
