Essential Job Functions:

 Oversee all aspects of Flexo, screen printing operations, RFID; variable data operations, including but not limited to, training, supervision, maintenance, production, scheduling, quality, process improvement, die and roller management, platemaking, screen processing, ink and material management.

 Develop expertise in operation of all flexographic presses and working knowledge of screen-printing equipment and processes.

 Achievement of quality and productivity targets established by supervisor.

 Cooperation with all team members in the efficient execution of company processes

 Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 5S principles.

 Maintain a safe and injury free work environment.

 Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

 Documentable printing and managerial experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Experience with Flexo Print, Screen Print and Thermal Transfer applications

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

 Computer proficiency (MS office – Word, Excel and Outlook) and experience with an ERP

system is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
