Primary Responsibility: Responsible for the care and maintenance of our production print field installed equipment. Representative will be required to maintain standards of productivity, quality, and customer service.

Other duties may include and not limited to:

• Accurately diagnosing, repair and maintain equipment
• Maintain parts inventory stock of necessary items needed on a daily basis.
• Basic awareness of solutions, networks and operating systems.
• Maintain customer satisfaction
• Ability to learn new technologies

All positions require an excellent driving record and the willingness to continue your education through training and hands on experience.
