Press Operator jobs in Washington
The Printing Press Operator reviews job specifications and complete setup tasks, including filling ink, calibrating machine, and loading stock. Completes print production jobs on various types of printing press machines, including digital, flexographic, web, screen, or others. Being a Printing Press Operator performs in-process quality inspections utilizing standard testing protocols. Conducts visual inspection of samples prior to running job. In addition, Printing Press Operator completes all required production logs and documentation. Interprets equipment diagnostics, troubleshoots breakdowns, and makes necessary adjustments to complete the job. Performs regular maintenance, cleaning, and changeovers of press from one job to another. Maintains a clean and safe workspace. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Being a Printing Press Operator independently performs a wide range of complex duties under general guidance from supervisors. Has gained full proficiency in a broad range of activities related to the job. Working as a Printing Press Operator typically requires 5-7 years of related experience. (Copyright 2024 Salary.com)

Atlas Staffing is hiring a Machine Operator for a full-time, temp-to-hire position with a great company.
Job Responsibilities :
Feeding product into the press machine
Inspecting final product, ensuring there are no deficiencies
Light maintenance on machine when needed
Quality assurance
Other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
Must be mechanically-inclined
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Ability to continuously lift up to 50lbs unassisted
Conscientious toward all safety protocols and procedures
Shift : Monday-Thursday, 6 : 00am-4 : 30pm (potential OT on Fridays)
Wage : $17.50 / hr.
