Responsibilities:

2. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through effective communication, strategic guidance, and exceptional service delivery. Understand client goals, challenges, and target demographics to tailor marketing solutions that drive results.

3. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to maximize team performance and individual growth.

4. Campaign Development: Oversee the conceptualization, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for kiosk-based businesses. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless implementation across all channels.

5. Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing initiatives including website optimization, search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. Leverage data analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
