We are in search of a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Product Marketing to lead our team in bringing the value we create to life. As we introduce new products and pioneering updates to the market, this role will spearhead strategies, roadmaps, and meticulously organized executions that align with our business objectives. The Director of Product Marketing will oversee all aspects of product marketing messaging, positioning, and collateral, driving us toward surpassing our growth targets and fostering unparalleled customer success within the Trades Industries.
What You'll Do
Lead a team in developing and nurturing a pool of talented and high-performing Product Marketing Managers.
Collaborate closely with our leadership to craft narratives that establish our platform and product offerings as industry leaders.
Develop and execute the Our Product Marketing Strategy, ensuring alignment with both market demands and business goals.
Spearhead all product marketing initiatives in alignment with financial plans, product roadmaps, and audience insights.
Work collaboratively with Sales, Revenue, and Marketing teams to develop roadmaps that support acquisition, engagement, and audience growth strategies.
Deliver flawless execution of impactful messaging, claims, audience narratives, release communications, and all other product-related customer communications.
Conduct ongoing competitive product gap analyses to inform strategic decision-making across various teams.
What You'll Need
10 years of product marketing or go-to-market experience in SMB and/or Mid Market SAAS, or relevant experiences in consumer SAAS.
Proven track record of leading Product Marketing Organizations within businesses with $100M in revenue, demonstrating consistent year-over-year growth.
Strong creative design and copywriting skills with the ability to transform value propositions into compelling and powerful messaging tailored to specific audiences.
Proficiency in synthesizing complex product features into compelling consumer benefits.
Demonstrated expertise in metrics-driven, process-based best practices that lead to scalable success.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with very strong organizational abilities.
Proven leadership skills in creating and motivating high-performing teams.
