Description:

Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with stakeholders. • Ability to lead and manage onsite team, subcontractors, and provide daily updates to project manager. • Coordinates and oversees job site logistics, daily work activities, day - to - day customer interactions, and progress of all subcontractors. • Orders material for projects, responsible for on-site material, reconciles material shipments, and coordinates delivery of equipment and material with subcontractors. • Coordinates and oversees job site logistics, daily work activities, day - to - day customer interactions, and progress of all subcontractors. • Responsibility include knowledge of and adherence to identifying project deficiencies and provide guidance on corrective actions, identifying and mitigating risk, managing to business compliance, maintaining contract compliance for customer and subcontractors, project documentation, safety guidelines, and maneuvering through governing agencies. • Ability to lead and manage onsite team, subcontractors, and internal departments (Equipment, Service & Controls). • Provide updates for daily reports, schedule progress, look ahead work to be completed. • Maintain quality control of work completed. • Coordinate materials for projects, responsible for on-site material, reconciles material shipments, and coordinates delivery of equipment and material with subcontractors.
