We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead and manage our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the restaurant industry, a strong work ethic, and experience managing a team of restaurant professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, overseeing food and beverage service, and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Create and manage work schedules for all staff, ensuring appropriate coverage for all shifts.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant sales and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as all company policies and procedures.
• Hire, train, and develop staff members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality service standards are met.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure food quality and consistency.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Proven track record of success in managing a team and driving sales.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
