Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Plant Controller to join our finance team at our Allentown, PA facility. As the Plant Controller, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of the plant, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cost control, and strategic planning. This role is integral to the financial health and operational efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations of the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Cost Control: Implement and monitor cost control measures to optimize production efficiency and profitability.
• Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to senior management.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the plant finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with plant management to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Capital Projects: Oversee the financial aspects of capital projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and timely reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
• Proficient in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
