Job Description- Assist the Plant Controller in maintaining accurate financial records
- Prepare financial statements and reports as required
- Assist with monthly closing and reporting processes
- Assist with annual budget preparation and analysis
- Ensure that financial policies and procedures are followed
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as required
- Prepare and present financial information to management as needed
The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a plant accounting or related role
- Strong knowledge of SAP and Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Competitive salary - $90K - $100K base salary
