This position is responsible for the office coordination activities of physician recruitment including, first line interactions during the physician recruitment and retention process.
Essential Job Functions
• Assists in the coordination of the Billings Clinic Physician recruitment process including locums. May include running errands such as delivering candidate packages to hotels, mailing contracts, meeting interviewing physicians at the airport, etc. Will also participate in the initial evaluation of candidate fit with Billings Clinic Culture.
• Assists in services-related duties for recruitment for Billings Clinic Physician Recruitment including the organization of recruitment schedules, travel arrangements, orientation schedules, and other related duties
• Assists in maintenance of physician recruitment database and tracking system for physician recruitment and retention
• Provides support and backup for Physician Recruitment functions including coordination and coverage of meetings and projects, as delegated.
• Periodically reorganizes or purges Physician Recruitment files and supplies to maximize utilization of space.
• Utilizes performance improvement principles to assess and improve quality.
• Identifies need and sets goals for own growth and development; meets all mandatory organizational and departmental requirements.
• Maintains competency in all organizational, departmental and outside agency environmental, employee or patient safety standards relevant to job performance.
