Job Summary: With minimal supervision and through interaction with the physicians, the VP of BMG, and the Director of Clinics. This position is responsible for all clinical aspects of daily operations for Bluffton Medical Group Primary Care departments. This position will also always promote, through actions and attitudes, the highest level of customer care and service. This position reports directly to Director of Clinics of Primary Care. Reporting directly to this position are the RN’s, LPNs, CMA’s, RMA’s and all other support staff.

Minimal Acceptable Job Qualifications:

Licensure: RN/LPN/CMA/RMA or related field

Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in a leadership role preferred

Education: SAMA Class

Other: Experience in staffing multiple departments and facilities. Experience in staffing multiple departments and facilities. Ability to interact with multiple departments in a professional manner. Ability to perform problem solving functions. Ability to communicate at all levels. Pleasant personality and a positive, professional and courteous manner. Consistency in staff supervision and development/performance. Ability to present a professional posture when working with BMG staff, physicians as well as LHN staff. Ability to act as a liaison with physician and staff when necessary. Ability to fill in and assist staff as needed. Ability to identify operational problems and practices and recommend solutions.
