Job Summary: With minimal supervision and through interaction with the physicians, the VP of BMG, and the Director of Clinics. This position is responsible for all clinical aspects of daily operations for Bluffton Medical Group Primary Care departments. This position will also always promote, through actions and attitudes, the highest level of customer care and service. This position reports directly to Director of Clinics of Primary Care. Reporting directly to this position are the RN’s, LPNs, CMA’s, RMA’s and all other support staff.
Minimal Acceptable Job Qualifications:
Licensure: RN/LPN/CMA/RMA or related field
Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in a leadership role preferred
Education: SAMA Class
