Position Overview:
This is an opportunity in a collaborative and stimulating practice environment. The Gastroenterologist will be responsible for managing routine office patients, conducting hospital consultations, and performing outpatient procedures. Proficiency in population management is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Diagnostic Expertise:
   • Conduct thorough examinations and diagnose disorders and diseases of the digestive system.
2. Patient Consultation:
   • Consult with patients to determine appropriate treatment plans and options.
3. Patient Education:
   • Educate patients on their medical conditions, treatment modalities, and medications.
4. Diagnostic Testing:
   • Order and interpret diagnostic tests to evaluate the extent of illness or assist in diagnosis.
5. Treatment Implementation:
   • Oversee and implement treatment plans, ensuring patient compliance and understanding.
6. Collaboration:
   • Engage in collaborative efforts within the medical neighborhood, including cross-coverage with other GI specialists within our expanding group.

Requirements:

• Medical Degree from an Accredited University.
• Hold a New Jersey Medical License and an Active NJ DEA & CDS.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
• Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to a team-oriented, performance-driven Medical Group.
