Pharmacy Technician jobs in Mississippi

Pharmacy Technician will work under the direct supervision of a pharmacist as part of a team to ensure patients receive their medications in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: accurately entering prescriptions, preparing orders for pick up and delivery, inventory maintenance, resolving insurance issues, assisting with prior authorization, helping walk-in customers, helping maintain a clean working environment, and performing cash register transactions utilizing excellent customer service skills at all times.

Physical job requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally moves boxes weighing up to 25 lbs. across the office for various needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $16.00 per hour

Experience:
